NOTE: Your prescription order takes 14-16 Business Days to process after your order has been submitted. This does not include lab processing time and shipment delivery which is an additional 5 business days. In most cases orders may get delivered within 12 business days. The total time it takes us to make your custom Rx lenses depends on your Rx and the lens features you choose (i.e., coating, tint, anti-fog, etc.).
Please note that vendor and lab related delays may affect our turn around time and are out of our control.

Weather conditions and holiday volumes continue to affect our turnaround times. Late flights and unsafe driving conditions for delivery drivers are adding an estimated delay of 3–5 business days.
