However, if you are not satisfied with the finished product, if it doesn’t meet your standards, if you change your mind, or if you find something better, we offer you a one-time opportunity to either replace it or ask for a refund (shipping and handling NOT included).

A replacements or refund will be made under the following conditions:

  • Returns are made within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the product and a refund is requested within 10 days
  • The eyeglasses must be in the same condition as it was received.
  • Send the eyeglasses in its original hard cover case and cloth. Include your reference number/tracking code.
  • If the replacement is of higher value, then you will be asked to pay the difference.
